«Quando ci sei stato una volta come fai a tornare?»

Tutto. Non ho nulla in contrario con una struttura di architettura tremenda, con un buffet che sembra la mensa di un ufficio pubblico sovietico, con il personale poco capace ( anche se oggettivamente gentile) e la puzza di fogna in camera che proviene dagli scarichi nel bagno. È corretto che ci siano hotel per tutte le tasche, e minor servizi siano proporzionali ad una minore spesa. Ma non sono d’accordo che una struttura di un livello tanto basso costi come un resort di tutt’altra qualità. Siamo scappati dopo 2 giorni nonostante avessimo pagato per più tempo, l’importante era levarsi da quel covo di tristezza. Assurdo che sia un 4 stelle, massimo 2 ad essere gentile

„Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel war angenehm mit freundlichem Personal und gutem Essen, jedoch fehlten warme vegetarische Geri

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel war sauber und gut gepflegt. Das Essen war gut und vielfältig. Das Hotel ist zudem sehr familienfreundlich.

Es gab keine speziellen Alternativen für Nicht-Fleischesser, insbesondere keine warmen Gerichte. Zwar gab es viele Salate, aber eine größere Auswahl an warmen vegetarischen Gerichten wäre wünschenswert. Zudem haben wir eine Kennzeichnung der Zutaten vermisst, was insbesondere für Allergiker und Personen mit Unverträglichkeiten wichtig wäre. Der Einstieg ins Meer am Strand war zu felsig, weshalb Badeschuhe definitiv empfehlenswert sind. Der Weg ins Zentrum von Malia dauert etwa 25-30 Minuten zu Fuß. Bei der Hitze kann das etwas beschwerlich sein, es sei denn, man mietet ein Auto oder ein anderes Fortbewegungsmittel. Trotz dieser Punkte würde ich das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

„Gutes Hotel mit mittelmäßigem Essen

Die Anlage verfügt über 2 große, schöne und saubere Pools und einen direkten Zugang zum Strand. Die Zimmer waren ausreichend eingerichtet.

Das Essen wiederholt sich ab dem 3. Tag regelmäßig. Somit ist auch keine gute Auswahl geboten. Dazu erinnert es ein wenig an Kantinenessen. Auch das Personal ist in einigen Situationen überfordert und nicht unbedingt hilfsbereit. Zudem sollte das Hotel unbedingt etwas gegen das Reservieren der Liegen unternehmen. Früh halb 8 hat man schon kaum noch die Möglichkeit eine Liege zu bekommen.

„Leider haben die Getränke den Aufenthalt sehr getrübt.

Anlage an sich recht schön. Einstieg ins mehr leider sehr felsig.

Die Getränke waren leider alle samt nicht lecker. Die billigen Mixgetränke (Cola/Fanta/Sprite) haben leider alle Mixgetränke versaut! auch das Bier war leider nicht lecker… Essen war größten Teils ok aber nichts besonderes.

Die Außenanlage (Pools, Bepflanzung, Liegen etc.) war sehr schön gestaltet und hauptsächlich sehr neu.

Die Abwechselung beim Essen hat etwas gefehlt, zudem war es so "LaLa", man konnte es essen und ab und an war mal etwas Besseres dabei, aber ansonsten war es eher unspektakulär. Die Hygiene beim Essen war aber vollumfänglich gegeben.

„Nicht 4-Sterne würdig!

Unter einem 4-Sterne Hotel verstehen wir was Anderes. Das Essen war kalt und nicht sehr schmackhaft! Deshalb gingen wir in der Stadt Essen! Man hatte das Gefühl nicht erwünscht zu sein. Uns war klar, es ist Saisonende. Aber wir haben ja für diesen Urlaub bezahlt und somit auch das Recht auf gute und freundliche Bedienung. Der Strand ist schön, jedoch sind zum Baden im Meer Badeschuhe von Vorteil. Es ist sehr steinig.

Sehr schlecht

Im Badezimmer waren Ameisen und die Zimmer waren sehr klein. Das Essen ist nicht lecker und die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind nur bis zu einem gewissen Grad hilfsbereit.

„War okay, würde nicht wieder kommen!

Mitarbeiter sind alle durchweg super freundlich, sehr bemüht und zuvorkommend! Betten waren sehr gemütlich

- Zimmer sehr altmodisch (nicht wie auf den Bildern!) - Meerblick gebucht - hab über den Pool zum Meer sehen können, dafür hätte ich nicht extra gezahlt - Essen nicht gut, kaum Gewürzt und nicht beschriftet - sehr gefährlich für Allergiker/Veggi usw - Sauberkeit war so lala, direkt alter muffiger Geruch wenn man ins Zimmer kommt - „Nicht Stören“-Schild wird nicht beachtet und trotzdem geklopft oder geputzt!

Mentiroso 4 estrellas, mal servicio y mala calidad.

La vista al mar.

No es un all inclusive normal, es apenas un hotel con comida buffet. Tiene un lugar solo de comida buffet donde almuerzas y cenas lo mismo siempre. También tiene un bar en la piscina donde la comida es mala y recalentada. El señor que atiende, es muy amoroso. Las bebidas, en este bar, tienen todas el mismo sabor. Sirven desde una pistolita, el agua, el jugo, las gaseosas, la soda y todo tiene un sabor mezclado. La botella de AGUA te la cobran 2 euros en todo el hotel. Aconsejó que compren botellas fuera y las carguen de la máquina que hay, porque la que te sirven es espantosa y no es mineral (tiene mucho gusto a jugo). Tiene salida al mar, lo cual es muy lindo. Pero te cobran cada tumbona 10 euros. Para darte toallas te hacen dejar un depósito de 10 euros por toalla. El uso del todo incluido se limita a horarios. Se puede cenar, en el único restaurante que hay hasta las 21.30hs (21.15hs ya empiezan a levantar las bandejas de comida). En el bar de tragos (no hay nada de picoteo para luego de las 21.30hs), post 23hs se abonan todos los tragos. La limpieza de la habitación es pésima y siempre encontrabas alguna zona sucia (hasta nos han dejado la puerta abierta post limpieza durante todo el día). No tiene ninguna zona de entretenimiento y cobran 2 euros para usar la mesa de pool. El servicio del personal es apático y sin intención de brindar una buena experiencia en el hotel. La única persona que nos dio un buen trato fue un chico que nos acompañó a la habitación para enseñárnosla. Muy caro para la calidad de servicio y comida que se ofrece, muy mala experiencia. Les recomiendo buscar otro hotel, la zona es lejos del aeropuerto y del puerto. No tiene ningún sentido irse tan lejos habiendo, seguramente, mucha mejor hostelería en la isla.

Nice vacation!

Room was cozy, we had an upgrade to swimup rooms! That was very nice surprise. Hotel area was really nice and staff was friendly and helpful.

Food was not so good as we expected, but it was still okay. Swimup pool was not so clean.

Yes or no? I do not know.

Superior rooms by pool are the best in this hotel. If I were to come again I will book this room again. But rooms in main building are not so nice and "new". I wouldn't want to spend a day there. All food was brilant without any mistake.

Beach there is big problem. Directly by hotel is entrance to the sea with rock. You must go 100 - 150 m right and there is entrance better even if with rock too somewhere. Manager, maybe owner, is not polite. He not know he must greet to women like first. He not greet even if you greet first him and you look to his eyes directly. But I must say his lower management was very polite and helpful. Drinks in bars was very very sweet without consistent quality. After two days we drank own drinks from supermarket even if drinks in bars was for free.

One of the receptionists is pretty unpleasant to talk to and she is not helpful at all. The cleanliness is questionable, kitchen utensils, plates, glasses are not very clean. Room Service doesn’t really clean rooms as well

Disappointing from the moment of arrival

The food was the only positive aspect of the stay, and it was quite good. The breakfast was varied, lunch could be taken at the restaurant or with snacks available from 11 AM to 5 PM at the pool bar, and dinner offered a diverse menu inspired by different cuisines.

Unfortunately, my experience at the hotel was disappointing from the very start. The rooms were quite different from the ones shown on the website, which was frustrating. The pools were small, and out of the two adult pools, only one was functioning, while the smaller one was closed off. To make things worse, the pool hours were very restrictive, opening only after 9:30 AM and closing as early as 7 PM, which left little time to enjoy them. At the beach, I was surprised to find that the basic set of two chairs and an umbrella was charged separately, which I find absurd, especially given that the beach itself was the worst in the area (within a 500m radius). It was full of rocks, and often, swimming wasn't even possible. Additionally, the lifeguard was unfriendly and rude. The cleanliness was average, both in the rooms and the bars, where I noticed that the glasses were washed by hand. There was no entertainment, and to make matters worse, they blocked off an area around the pool for a private event, making it inaccessible to guests. The loud music from the event continued late into the night, disturbing the overall atmosphere. The hotel is far from the city, but there is a nice sandy beach about 400m away, which does have a lifeguard. In terms of value for money, it was extremely poor. The price was far too high for what was offered.

Overall a good stay mainly due to the quality of the stuff.

Stuff was excellent which is what really made a difference. Room with swim up pool is the best option at this property.

The Buffet although offered a big variety with different dishes every day was average. Even though we booked an all inclusive package we ended up going out in local taverns just for a change. Shower needs a thorough cleaning and partly renovating as mildew was present all around the floor and sides.

Badly managed. Poor facilities. Nice la landscapes in the vicinity.

Food was ok and the staff made an effort. We also liked the ladies at the spa very nice and knowledgeable. The entertainment at the bar in the evening was pleasant. The beds were also good but the rooms were small overall. That’s about all I could say positive about this place.

Bad manners, the staff is clearly not well trained, including those at the restaurant and particularly reception. They always say no or lie to your face and you need to insist to get things done. When we left they did not even say good bye, they were busy with something els but that reflects a general “ I don’t care/ I can’t be bothered attitude “. The pool is horrendous. It’s open only from 10 to 19 and it gets quickly overcrowded. They put a lot of chlorine in it but we could only use it a bit in the morning, we always felt it wasn’t clean enough. The private pool is adjacent to the main pool just narrower and you get access to it from the apartment. I guess it could be worth it. The beach is sandy but can’t go in the water bc of the rocks. Still there are other private and public beaches within 300-500 m away and we ended up going there. There is no AC in any of the common areas and of course it is uncomfortable to eat in the restaurant or socialize at the bar. We really resented this lack of AC most of the days bc of the constant heat. We felt we could not rest well.
